Shipping, Returns & Refund

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping & returns policy.

Shipping

Domestic

All domestic orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Local deliveries times estimated 5 days from order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

International

International shipments are sent out within 7 working days and are subject to international shipping courier delivery times. International deliveries between 10-21 days

Physical Product Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with your respective tracking number(s). It usually takes 24 hours for tracking numbers to activate.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You are solely responsible for any custom and taxes which are applied to your order. Any kind of fees/charges imposed during or after shipping including tariffs, taxes and so on get to be customer’s responsibility only.

Damages

Our site is not liable for any loss or product damage during shipping. If the damaged product is received, contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. You are expected to save the necessary packing materials and damaged goods before you file their claim.

Returns & Refund

Products are returnable 30 calendar days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Substandard merchandise or items without a valid receipt will not be accepted for a refund. Items that are shrink wrapped or in a sealed package must be unopened. All sales merchandise is nonrefundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sukime.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit/coupon for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for the missing shipment of your returning items.
