Inspired by Southeast Asia, this smoothie blends 1x tablespoon fresh turmeric (or powder), 2x tablespoon ginger peeled and diced, 2 x banana, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4cup x coconut milk with a tablespoon of coconut oil for an anti-inflammatory, energy-boosting, brain cell stimulating drink that will help you remember where you left your car keys on the way to the gym.  

🍫 Raw Cacao Bliss Balls 

A guilt-free dessert made with 20 x pitted mejool dates, 1/4 cup raw cacao powder, and 1/4 cup shredded coconut & a dash of water. Mix all at once in a food processor until it forms a paste. Scoop with spoon, roll into ball, cover with coconut and place on a plate or baking sheet and place in freezer for 2 hours. A quick snack that satisfies chocolate cravings naturally.
OPTION: Add dried mushroom powder and/or your favorite nuts.
