Domestic
All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Within Bali: Delivery time estimated 3~5 days from order. Unless same-day or next-day delivery purchased.
The Rest of Indonesia: Delivery time estimated 3-5 days from order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
International
International shipments are sent out within 3 working days and are subject to international shipping courier delivery times. International Express usually take between 10-12 days.
International Standard usually takes between 3-4 weeks.
Currently we ship almost everywhere.
Orders under the amount will be automatically canceled with a refund.

The shipping fee is charged based on weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are solely responsible for any custom and taxes which are applied to your order. Any kind of fees/charges imposed during or after shipping including tariffs, taxes, and so on get to be the customer’s responsibility only.
Damages
Sukime is not liable for any loss or product damage during shipping. If the damaged product is received, contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. You are expected to save the necessary packing materials and damaged goods before you file their claim.
